storm-1723: Characters appear broken when a lot of different characters are used

When a lot of different characters (e.g., more than 1000) are used at a same time, some of the characters appear broken on the Viewer screen. I believe the issue happens when the first page of Viewer's internal "font bitmap cache" overflows and the second page is allocated.
I've tested this with no apparent ill effects.
